You will be also responsible for:

• Maintaining Purchase orders (AS 400)
• Maintaining the backlog report for open purchase orders, updating statuses and quantities of partial shipments and recording production order numbers
• Keeping track of departmental projects and update progress each week on spreadsheet
• Supporting Production Operations with day-to-day activities
• Having administrative contact between HR and the plant
• Managing order supplies for the office and the plant
• Managing order hardware and IT support through STaRT for production

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have high school, diploma or equivalent
• Have strong organizational skills
• Have AS 400 knowledge
• Have PRF creating knowledge
• Have good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
• Have knowledge of GE processes and procedures is preferred
• Be able to assist Subsea Cell Leader with assembly of final project deliverables
• Be able to maintain project documents on network drives
• Be able to maintain orderly and clean work area
• Be able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be able to bring assignments to a successful completion.
• Be able to anticipate customer needs and ensure that they are met.
• Be a good team player.
