- Collaborate with talent agencies and create initiatives for KOLs and ensure these agencies will support Company’s goals and KPI.
- Develop and implement global marketing strategy to support project goals and initiatives, helping to increase brand awareness and build reputation.
- Create content and event planning and implementation for the brand and internal events and promotions.
- Project management: monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review – check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct post mortem reports after project finishes.
- Lead in collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Community).
- Research, write and promote strategies to targeted competitors and industry.
- At least 3+ years of brand marketing experience of marketing operations, campaign implementation with experience managing influencers and/or communities.
- Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation.
- Experienced in making content for gaming brand and development and implementation. Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels.
- Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns
- Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Avid gamer with extended experience in console and mobile products a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin speaker is a plus).
Last but not least, Hardcore Game Enthusiast.
- Have experience in the Game Industry and is familiar with the gaming communities
- Deep understand of PUBG MOBILE or other FPS games.
